[Adminsysters] [INFRA] Upgrade Debian 12->13

together with ignifugo, gaba, ooooo, estragon and vo ezn, we finished 
with the minimum trixie update, and we are running now the full upgrade.

tomorrow at 15h CEST, ignifugo and gaba will proceed with the reboot, 
same call link, for anyone else who wants to join.
